[OAM-talk] PSC Voting

I think it's unlikely that such a take over will happen for this vote. But the PSC should take into account the possibility in future votes, and come up with some simple and non-onerous criteria for project membership and voting rights in the future. The PSC would also need to set timing for future elections.

I agree with Schuyler, I don't think it's like we're going to have some special interest group coming in to take over the project.
The more bureaucracy we create off the mark the less likely it is anything material will result IMO.
