I agree with Schuyler, I don't think it's like we're going to have some special interest group coming in to take over the project. <br><br>The more bureaucracy we create off the mark the less likely it is anything material will result IMO.<br>

I think a simple qualification of "already being on the mailing list as<br>
of when the vote was proposed" should be sufficient. I am -0 on this<br>
suggestion.<br>
